Mr. K. Twum Boafo holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton UK, with a major in Building and Structures. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University Missouri, USA.
Mr. Twum Boafo who is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Firm for the past 34 years is a highly qualified and respected Structural Engineer with immense experience spanning over 46 years in the Design and Construction Supervision and Management of all kinds of building structures including numerous Industrial Buildings, Housing Developments, Office Blocks, Block of Flats, Bridges and Roads.
He has an excellent ability in leading Technical and Professional Teams as Project Coordinator for the design and supervision of large Building/Civil and Structural Engineering Works involving reputable International and Local Contractors which makes him most beneficial to any project as the Project Coordinator. |

Dr. Sampson Larbi Yeboa is a Civil Engineer and Project Management Consultant.
Dr. Yeboa holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master's Degree in Soil Mechanics and Foundations, and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers FGhIE and Past President of the institution.
Dr. Yeboa has since 1977 been a director of the firm and since 2000 the Managing director. He is a highly qualified Civil Engineer with experience spanning 30 years in the Design, Construction Supervision and Management of Projects involving Roads and Highways, Structures, Housing Schemes, Drainage, Urban Infrastructure and Petroleum Storage Facilities. His consultancy experiences cover Ghana and other African countries including Tanzania, Mauritania and Malawi. |

Thomas Frederick Biney has since 1986 being a director of the firm. He has a very wide experience in the Design and Supervision of Civil Engineering Works including Roads, Bridges and Building Structures. |
